You're not crazy! its menopause. The book covers a variety of topics to peri-menopausal and postmenopausal women such as: hot flashes, memory loss, mood changes, depression, hormone replacement therapy, sleep, diet, exercise.

Clear explanations, real stories from real women who have experienced all stages of menopause, and how women can improve their health based on findings in respected research studies are also found in the book.

I checked out a pile of books on Menopause in an effort to figure out what is going on with my mind and my body. This one seemed to have the most potential to be helpful, Very informative for anyone needing info on the change of life/menopause--what to expect and what some of your options are. I think women are more open about this topic since the book was written and there are more alternatives of treatment. However, this is the best I have read in terms of clear info.

I have been reading your book this morning and so many emotions and realizations are coming to me, emotional day, and this book so far couldn't have come at a better time.

I finished the book, great read, I'm so glad I had the opportunity to read your book, I hope it's a best seller, my mom is going to read it tomorrow.

Watching your mom go through that and her as well as you and your brothers not knowing what was going on in her menopausal state, makes me cry, very touching.

My favorite part along with you talking about your family was the nutrition and alcohol.

Loved hearing about grandma and mom, trip to Philippines visiting your son, all around great book.

I very much enjoyed reading this book. It was very informational, interesting, and entertaining. I found the information that provides background on the cause and effects of menopause very valuable as it helps to explain the many things that women are experiencing. With this information, I have a better understanding and can better relate to changes caused by menopause. The book shares many personal experiences from women going through menopause and viable options to smooth the transition into and through the menopausal stages. This is an excellent book for both men and women. I'm sure that all who reads this book will be able to relate to the many experiences shared and the options shared can help others that don't understand what's happening to them or family or friends that are experiencing the effects of menopause. There are many of us men that live with and see the result of menopause but don't know what's causing the changes in our spouse or mate. This book puts it all into perspective; provides a clear understanding on what our spouse or mate is going through. I highly recommend this book.

In this inspiring memoir, author and Certified Nutrition Coach Marcia Williams recounts her own experiences with the turbulence of menopause, explores the concept of “wellness” as it relates to cellular replenishment, and helps women gain knowledge of hormonal changes as they transition into their “Second Spring” of life.

I like reading about the experiences that different women shared with her.
