I checked out a pile of books on Menopause in an effort to figure out what is going on with my mind and my body. This one seemed to have the most potential to be helpful, Very informative for anyone needing info on the change of life/menopause--what to expect and what some of your options are. I think women are more open about this topic since the book was written and there are more alternatives of treatment. However, this is the best I have read in terms of clear info.

I very much enjoyed reading this book. It was very informational, interesting, and entertaining. I found the information that provides background on the cause and effects of menopause very valuable as it helps to explain the many things that women are experiencing. With this information, I have a better understanding and can better relate to changes caused by menopause. The book shares many personal experiences from women going through menopause and viable options to smooth the transition into and through the menopausal stages. This is an excellent book for both men and women. I'm sure that all who reads this book will be able to relate to the many experiences shared and the options shared can help others that don't understand what's happening to them or family or friends that are experiencing the effects of menopause. There are many of us men that live with and see the result of menopause but don't know what's causing the changes in our spouse or mate. This book puts it all into perspective; provides a clear understanding on what our spouse or mate is going through. I highly recommend this book.
